Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for Highfield Care Home.  I am so sorry that you felt that the home was not adequately staffed.  The staffing numbers are based on the dependency of the residents, and we do complete our rotas with the staff that are needed.  I would be happy to discuss any concerns that you may have at any time that would be convenient for yourself.  I am so happy to see that you did give the staff the highest review, the staff work so hard to try to meet the needs of all our residents and it is so nice for them to receive the recognition that is deserved.
