Knowing she feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for is exactly what we strive for every day. It's lovely to hear that she enjoys the food and appreciates the friendly chats with our activities team. Even the smallest interactions can make a big difference, and it's heartening to know they brighten her day. We also appreciate you raising the suggestion about installing a dishwasher in the unit. At present, dishes from KFI are taken to the main kitchen for cleaning, as space within the unit itself is quite limited. However, we absolutely understand your concerns around hygiene and staff time, and we will be following this up to see if there are any potential options or improvements. Best wishes
