The care and well-being of our residents is of paramount importance, and we work hard to ensure that Highwood provides a high level of care. Our staffing requirements are provided in line with individuals assessed dependency needs, with additional hours provided weekly to assure safe and effective staffing. At Highwood we assure that our team has the skills and knowledge to support the needs of residents and we have an ongoing programme in place for further development of skills and progression. We value feedback and lessons learnt and reflective practice is fundamental to us in order for continuous improvement.
