Th e information recorded or stated on this review by the services user's daughter is completely opposite what happen.  Social worker contacted the home to book a respite for the 3rd time, when the home asked the updated care plan to the social worker has we noticed a decline on the services user's mobility. social worker asked for us to contact her daughter, when asked about her mum's update about her general condition, from that stated the accusations. When the services user left the services no complaint was made and staff was given present. how someone was not looked after then willing to your mother to go back the same place.
