We havent used any agency staff in over seven years, which means our staff know every resident extremely well. This familiarity allows us to consistently deliver the highest standards of care, something were proud to see reflected in daily life. Not only is the care second to none, but our kitchen also holds a five-star food hygiene rating, an excellent inspection report, and serves only the best local Welsh produce.
