It is intended as a space of quiet reflection and remembrance and continues to be appreciated by those who visit in memory of loved ones.  We note your comments regarding the home’s activity provision. The activity programme is designed to be inclusive and responsive to the varied needs of our residents, including those living with dementia or sensory impairments. This is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains meaningful, engaging, and accessible to all.  Staffing levels are determined in line with the number and needs of residents and are kept under regular review. At our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission, no concerns were identified in relation to staffing.  The leadership of the home is overseen by the Home Manager, supported by a Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, and dedicated administrative and reception colleagues, to ensure consistency and availability across all aspects of the service.
