thank you so much for your kind review - our staffing levels at Parkhouse are incredibly high (on a day shift virtually one person for every 2 residents!) and the reason you may perceive a shortage at shift change over is that we think its so important that the vast majority of staff attend the handover meeting so they are 110% briefed on each and every resident's  current needs and overall wellbeing. Handovers last a maximum of 15 minutes so .....! thanks again
