Thank you for taking the time to publish this review of our Care Team and Care Home at The Manor in Exminster. It's really nice to read that you feel our Care Team are 'very good' and 'always ready to help'. I note that you have rated three items as only 3-Stars. We are keen to always be 5 star and perhaps on occasion 4 - but never 3 or less:)  Please could I ask that you talk to the Care Home Manager, Dawn, with any concerns with regards to cleanliness and the room. Value for money is always going to be a very subjective issue - knowing the costs involved in care provision I am confident that we (and the vast majority of good care homes in the country) provide exceptional value for money. The issue may be more that care provision costs a lot of money - we all agree with that - but in terms of value for money I don't think many other products come close:) Kindest regards
