Thank you very much for taking the time to submit a review of Ashton Manor. I am sorry to hear that you experienced some delays in accessing the building when visiting your mum.  We have taken this feedback on board, and are reviewing our reception cover, to try to reduce the risk of this occurring in the future. It was a please to be able to care for your mum for the short period of time she was with us, and hopefully she is settled within her new home.
