We would like to thank you for writing such a beautiful review of our care home.  We totally understood that the move from another care home was a worry, but through gentle support we are so happy that your lovely mum has settled so well with us.  She is fabulous and its has been so heart warming to see how quickly and easily she adjusted to living in our home. Mum can enjoy our beautiful environment and compassionate care, and I really hope this has given the family some comfort and reassurance too.  I know the home team are so delighted to be able to support mum, as she is the most amazing and wonderful lady.
