Thank you for recognizing the care that our staff provides. Should you have any queries with regards to your mother's care and appointments, kindly ask to speak to the nurse in charge when you come and visit or kindly phone us for updates if there is anything in particular you need clarifying.  Unfortunately appointments do not go to admin and management offices. Our nurse's always inform families when Resident's do get appointments. Kindly know that you are always welcome to give us a call if you have any queries.
