Thank you for taking the time to review Acer House Care Home, all feedback is valued and with this in mind I have initiated a change with regards to front of house being away from the desk to ensure the safest  measures are in place to monitor visitors coming in and out of the building.  I am pleased to hear staff looked for mum effectively when she was not in her usual place.
