Thank you for you kind comments, it is lovely to hear that staff are kind and caring.  I will ensure these are shared with the staff. We continue to recruit new staff with the assistance of the central support recruitment team with new staff currently onboarding. The issue with phone system has been reported to our IT department and we are awaiting replacement mobile handsets for the mobile phones. Staff do endeavour to answer the phone and the door as quickly as possible and we do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
