I am sorry that you have felt the need to write this review. What you describe is not what we at Park Homes aim to achieve.  We work closely with local authority and safeguarding agencies to ensure all  our residents receive the care they deserve. If, on this occasion, you feel your grandmother's care has fallen below both your and mine expectations, I apologise. I would also like to offer you the opportunity for you to meet with me and my senior team to discuss. In the meantime, I have asked for your mother's care to be looked at and investigated internally so I can be assured about the care for all our residents in the home.
