We acknowledge your concerns regarding staffing levels; we pride ourselves in having a strong and compassionate core team who provide high standards of care to all residents. In periods of high staff turnover, our team always do their best to ensure the impact to residents is minimised as much as possible. We also have agency staff who occasionally work in the home to provide support when necessary. All staff working in Harcourt Gardens are always willing to help and provide the best standard of care they possibly can.
