With reference to prices, I'm sorry you've used the word 'fleeced' but I understand the feeling behind the word.  I can only assure you that we take all possible efforts to minimise any increase to our charges at all times.  Our industry has faced some enormous price hikes lately, we're hopeful a period of stabilisation is coming.
