Thank you for your constructive feedback which we welcome. We will discuss with the nursing team the need for improved communication and our support workers will continue to spend as much time as they can with your Mum. We have monthly family meetings where families are encouraged to provide input and feedback.  If you are unable to attend these our family liaison officer and myself are always available to be contacted via email or telephone.  Please do continue to provide us with your feedback as this helps us identify issues and put measures in place to improve our service.
