Although we are glad that you found some members of the day team to be compassionate and caring, we take the concerns about other parts of your mother's care very seriously. As you know, we investigated your concern at the time, and reported this to the Care Quality Commission, who reviewed and closed the matter. We are committed to learning from all feedback and always aim to improve the quality of care we provide.
