Thank you for taking the time to review Woolton Grange. Since receiving the review the Home Manager has made contact to discuss the issues on the day of your visit. The ground floor shower was working when checked , but it appears that the controls are not the easiest to understand. We are sorry that you could not use the appropriate bathroom but were sent to the top floor annex. The home manager has taken on board the need for better communication with families, in situations such as this, and has spoken to the team.
