The fee was discussed and agreed with yourself and your friend before their stay and no additional fees were charged, so we're sorry if there has been any misunderstanding. Sadly, we had to call Emergency Services and their advice was not to move your friend, so staff made them as comfortable as they were able while waiting for an ambulance and stayed with them throughout and completed well-being checks. We understand that yourself and your friend had a great relationship with the home and that you intend to bring your friend back to the home to visit the staff, which they look forward to.
