I am sorry to hear that you feel a couple of the staff have been abrupt towards you, this is not what we expect from our staffing team. I am sorry that you feel there has been a delay in supporting you mum to use the toilet. We would be happy to work with you to get a better understanding as to why this is happening. Our staffing levels are reviewed regularly, and these are based upon the dependencies of all the residents living in our care we work hard to ensure that our staffing levels do not go below the agreed establishment hours. The management team regularly review the needs of the residents who reside within the home and ensure that the correct levels of care are provided. The home manager would be more than happy to have a meeting with you to be able to go through the concerns you have mentioned in your review in more details so we can address them and improve on the experience for you mum.
