Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your time spent at Little Manor. The staff are excellent and are so caring in all they do. I am sorry you felt that the food was not to your standard and we will take your comments on board and feedback to our catering department.  Entry into the building is a keypad and fob entry and that is to safeguard all who stay in the home. I am sorry to hear it was a frustrating process for you and your visitors.
