We take all feedback very seriously, as our aim is to provide the best possible care. As your husband was on our Residential Suite with your agreement, he was deemed to have capacity. We do encourage our residents to take showers and change clothing, however we cannot enforce this if they decline.We are very sorry to hear you felt a lack of empathy and compassion, when one of our residents left the home for the final time, as a home we always pay our last respects in a dignified manner.We strive to provide an outstanding quality of care and always try an take on board any feed back from residents and their families.Once again we are sorry that you felt that your husband's respite stay did not meet your expatiations.
