Recent essential fire safety works brought additional contractors onsite, which unfortunately caused some disruption and delayed our usual turnaround on maintenance and housekeeping. We fully acknowledge the impact this had and are working hard to restore our high standards.Communication among staff is also being improved through clearer handovers and ongoing training.
