Recently, essential fire safety works required additional contractors onsite, which unfortunately caused some disruption and delayed our usual housekeeping turnaround times. While we have addressed these issues promptly when brought to our attention, we understand that this should not have impacted your mother’s experience, and we are committed to restoring and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Regarding the misplacement of named laundry items, we completely understand how frustrating this can be for both residents and families. We are actively reviewing our laundry procedures to minimise such occurrences and ensure all personal belongings are managed carefully and respectfully.
