Thank you for your review.  I am delighted that you can see improvements being made since our new Leadership Team have been in post.  The Home Manager has tried to contact you to discuss your concerns around communication, so we can continue to make improvements.  I would be very grateful if you could reach out at your earliest opportunity so we can discuss further.  We have employed two new Wellbeing Co-oridnators who are working on our Autumn/Winter schedule for community outings and this will be on display in the home soon.
