Thank you for taking the time to review Upton Grange and we are pleased that you rate our care/ support as excellent.  We take on board your comments around activities, where it can be difficult to find an activity that suits everyone at all times. We do have armchair exercises scheduled daily, as we understand the importance to keep moving, however there are occasions when the majority of our residents prefer to do another activity. We aim to involve our residents in planning our activities to ensure these encompass everyone's preferences. We are glad to hear that your husband enjoyed his time here and I'm happy to discuss activities and all aspects of our care with you at a mutually convenient time to ensure he enjoys his future stays at Upton Grange.
