Thank you for your review , I will ask the lead cook , lead house keeper and activities person to link in with you , I in regards to how we can improve our 4 * rating to support you to place a 5*  rating in place  regards to the value for money we pride ourselves with the Value for money as this allows us to have additional staff which benefits the residents in our care  , in comparison with other care home
