We changed your Bedroom following your request for an en-suite Room, and we consulted you beforehand. We explained we have TMV's fitted in our sinks and showers set at 41 degrees to prevent scalding and this is our policy throughout the Home. We have analysed our nurse call tracking system and your call bell did not ring for 20 minutes, unanswered alerts above 60 seconds goes straight to emergency and notifies Management straight away which was not the case either at any point during your stay.We were inspected and rated GOOD by CQC in September 2025 who were happy our adequate staffing levels, happy with our training and staff competency records around Catheter Care and meal time experiences for Resident's. Once again we apologise if your experience at The Knowles was not what you expected, and we wish you all the very best for the future.
