Thank you for your review. We will feedback the compliments regarding your initial visit and assessment to the relevant staff members. We have a comprehensive coverage of domestic staff that clean every aspect of the home and we take cleanliness very seriously within Fulford. Every staff member is required to keep the home clean and if this is indicated to not be the case, the individuals will be spoken with in accordance with our policies and procedures. In regards to the staffing on reception, our safety for our residents is one of our top priorities and therefore need to ensure that the front doors remain locked at all times.  We do understand the frustration this may cause and have managed to staff reception every day except for 2 Saturdays every month. Going forward, please do feel free to ring your friends call bell for a staff member and they will be happy to let you out of the home.
