Thank you so much for such a beautiful review of our care home and we are thrilled to hear that you feel mum is well cared for and happy with us.  Your mum is a wonderful, kind, and gentle lady who despite her initial apprehension of moving into a care home has settled in so well.   We are honestly over the moon that you feel happy and content with everything too, as we understand that our care very much extends to family and friends.  Ahmad our gorgeous activity co-ordinator has spent a lot of time with mum, and she is slowly building confidence in joining activities.  It's fantastic to see her very engaged, happy, and enjoying all the varied activities we have going on in the home.
