Thank you for your comments. We can confirm that we have supported staff in their growth and development to move forward with their career choices into new roles that were not available at Dora Rose. All family  members have been given access to the Altra platform, where all activities and photographs can be shared safely and securely with their loved ones. As always Dora Rose has an open door policy, where the manager, deputy and myself (CRE) are available to discuss any issues.
