I am truly sorry that our service has fallen short throughout your experience including communication within the team. I would like to reassure you that following these concerns being brought to our attention we have discussed with all of the team the importance of sharing information with the relevant people.We have reminded the team to attempt to keep noise levels to a minimum when moving around the Home, this includes ensuring that we do not let room doors slam shut and instead assisting them to close quietly.I have asked our Head Chef to review our menus and look at ways we can improve what we offer whilst keeping options interesting and varied.
