We are very sorry to hear of your distress regarding your fathers missing ring. We take such matters extremely seriously and carried out a full and thorough investigation as soon as this was reported. All staff were interviewed, rooms and communal areas were checked multiple times, and no evidence was found to suggest theft or mishandling by any member of our team.We also offered to contact the police so that an independent investigation could take place, but this offer was declined. If you have since changed your mind and would like this to be pursued, please contact the home and we will support you in arranging it.We understand how upsetting it is when a personal item cannot be found, and we share your disappointment that, despite extensive efforts, the ring has not yet been located. The safety and wellbeing of our residents  and their belongings  remain our utmost priority.
