We acknowledge that since we completed some internal changes, there have been some adjustments in how we operate, including staffing and service delivery. These changes were made with the intention of maintaining a high standard of care within the home.

Regarding the bistro, we are aware of the importance it holds for residents and their families. While we have had to modify the service model, we remain committed to providing and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

We are sorry you feel the quality of refreshments have declined in the bistro and this will be fed back to the Chef. We would like to assure you that we can still facilitate meals in the bistro for those who don’t want to dine with guests in the Harlow community, so you get some quiet personal time together.
