Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry you found your Mothers stay at Woodside House Care Home disappointing. Our General Manager took time to understand your Mothers concerns and understood that she found it to soon to be in a home with nursing care. An assessment was completed  in line with the Mental Capacity Act, it was found your mother was able to understand, retain, weight up the risk of being at home and communicate her choice. The home made sure your mother was supported during her return home by another family member who was in the country. We checked in with the family member a couple of days later and where pleased to hear she had settled in well and was happy back home. Barchester's Customer feedback team.
