Our staff in the home work so hard to make the environment a happy and safe one for the residents to enjoy their time with us, so it's great to hear that your brother would love to stay with us permanently. We have an ongoing refurbishment plan that is currently underway and will continue into the New Year, so I hope you will see some of those improvements throughout the home.
