Dear reviewer, firstly thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.  I agree we have a beautiful home!   In respect of staffing, I believe that your observation may simply be down to not fully understanding our staffing model and so I will explain briefly here.  At Lynwood Care Centre we operate small 'households' where individuals with similar needs and dependencies live together and are cared for by a dedicated team.  The number of staff deployed in each 'household' will vary at any given time, depending on the needs and core dependencies of the residents in our care.  At no time are we understaffed.
