Thank you for your feedback. We are as a company looking at more robust ID badges. Regarding staff turnover unfortunately staff do retire, progress within their career pathways, 6 staff have gone on to do their nurse training and I would never want to stand in the way of development as I know they will make exceptionally good nurses, and sadly some staff do not pass their probation period.
