We are grateful that you are a befriender to a Resident and support that individual well.In our environment we strive to maintain a balance for equal opportunity for all of our Residents and their preferences and needs.  A recent Residents survey gathered information about their views on activities and support provided and ensuring we are inclusive , this resulted in many positive and useful responses. We as a team always welcome any feedback and are happy to make time to discuss any issues that Volunteers or Visitors may have.
