We value feedback at Ladyville and if you have anything you wish to discuss my door is always open.  We will work with you to ensure that mum is safe and receiving care that meets her needs. I take your comments on board and we will work together to resolve the issues you have mentioned.  We like visitors to the home to feel as comfortable as possible.
