This review took us all by surprise and hurt the feels of the care staff who care and support the individual resident in question. I believe it is hard to express facts when only visiting the service once a fortnight, therefore, it saddens us as home to read an opinion which is not factual true. Where we cannot comment on social workers performances, we can evidence that are staff support the resident in question daily with all elements of care including showering and choosing their clothes for the day, and has built a wonderful repour with all staff here at Fulford. The resident in question informs us daily how content she is and we are really happy to have them in our service.
