We are pleased your mother is happy and has built positive relationships with residents and staff in our home. Each of our homes work to a staffing grid based on the individual care needs/dependencies of our residents. This is reviewed regularly to ensure we always have the right number of team members on shift to support those in our care. Where needed, staff from neighbouring services or agency staff can be used to maintain continuity of care. Your observations have been shared with the home's management team so they can monitor and review how visible and accessible our staff are throughout the day.
