Please rest assured that emergency services were called as soon as our care team had concerns with regards your wife's health. Unfortunately there was a delay in the ambulance crew attending, in which time there was a deterioration in her condition.  I hope you can take solace that family were with her when she passed. We would like to apologise for the sentimental items we were not made aware of that could not be located.
