Following a thorough review of our records, staff reports, and observations during your mother's stay, we have found no evidence to support some of the specific concerns raised. We also note that during this period of care, no concerns were directly raised to the management team whom were available in the home daily to provide support and work through these concerns.<br><br>Should you ever need care or support in the future we would be more than happy to provide our services.
