I am saddened to read your comments as they do not reflect the high standards we constantly strive to achieve, nor do they reflect the majority views of the many other reviewers shown here.  Your concerns do not appear to have been shared with me from whomever you spoke with and I am sorry that I did not have the opportunity to address them at the time.
