Dear L A, We're sorry to read your comments and appreciate the chance to respond. Your mother-in-law, was with us from 2023 and was cared for with dedication and compassion as a valued member of the Belmont family. We received no concerns from her family during her stay. The 35 mentioned remained safely in her account, awaiting the chiropodist's next scheduled visit, which takes place every other month. We have consistently received positive feedback from families and health professionals about the care provided and about our manager's professionalism. However, we recognise that there may have been a communication gap in this instance, and we have discussed the matter with the manager to ensure better understanding in future. We're sorry your experience didn't meet expectations and will continue to use all feedback to improve the quality of our person-centred care.Kind regards,Belmont HouseManagement Team
