Thank you for your considered feedback and review.  I believe the warmth and compassion of the team are what makes the difference in a home.  My colleagues in the Grove are all very positive and genuinely care about their' residents!  The fact that the home is smaller is quite comforting to the residents.  Everyone feels very much relaxed and at home.  Your comments will be gratefully received by all of my colleagues, thank you, Helen
