I completely understand your point about consistency and the importance of staff who know each resident well  this is something Im continuing to focus on through recruitment, retention, and training so we can maintain a strong, stable team.<br><br>When Kingsley Healthcare took over, there was understandably a period of change and adjustment, but Im pleased that things have now settled and that were moving in a positive direction.
