We're very pleased to hear your kind comments about our carers and the excellent care they provide to our residents.<br><br>We would like to reassure you that staffing levels are maintained in line with the dependency levels of our residents, and these remain stable. We also have four hoists and three Stedy aids available to support residents' mobility needs, ensuring that equipment is accessible when required.<br><br>Regarding the car park, we acknowledge that parking has become more limited recently. The new owners are actively addressing this issue, and plans are in place to extend the parking area to better accommodate staff, visitors, and residents' families .<br><br>Thank you for your patience during these recent changes as well as with the recent improvements we've made to the home - it really means a lot.<br>We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve our service and environment for everyone at the home.
